Are you living in a precarious situation and have a crucial need to protect your medication from the heat, but absolutely can not afford our products? We would like to help.

Occasionaly, we make products with slight cosmetic defects or receive returns that are perfectly usable but aren’t fit to be sold as new. 

We have limited numbers of those, and try to give them away to those who need our products but are unable to purchase them. We’ll generally cover shipping costs, but may ask you to participate in if your country it is outside of our most common shipping zones.

Please be aware:

– This is an honesty-based system: You do not need to provide us any proof or details of your situation. 

– This program will not be used for publicity. Names and details of participants will not be shared outside of the members of our team who handle your request.

– We have very limited amounts to give away. Please, only use this program if you are in unique hardship that makes it impossible for you to pay.

– There is no waiting list – We’ll only give out cases if we have any available at the moment.

– We cannot guarantee a specific model or color – you can let us know if you have a preference, but we’ll only send what we have available.

– We will need a shipping address; If you do not have a permanent address, we will ship to an institute or business as long as you coordinate with them and give us the name of the person to whom the package should be addressed in that place.

– We will not cover taxes or duties if your country charges them to receive your package (no such issue for Canada & the US).
