Refunds and return policy
We try to provide the kind of service that we would like to receive.
We understand that it can be hard to get a good impression when shopping online; That’s why we allow returns for any reason for 30 days after receiving your order.
You will be provided with a prepaid return label, and once the package is dropped off you will receive a full refund – including the shipping fee. We don’t want to force anyone into keeping our products if they don’t find them useful.
If more than 30 days have passed since receiving your order:
- If there is seems to be a defect in the product, it will be covered under our waranty.
- If there’s any other issue – contact us and we’ll still try to help.
When asking to return your product, we will ask you for the reason – this is not for us to find a reason to deny the return, but to help us improve and make sure that you, or our future clients, will be more satisfied with their purchase.
